Listen as Loretta appears on ABC Australia to discuss the Italian constitutional court’s recent decision to strip its prime minister, Silvio Berlusconi, of his immunity status.

For most of his political career Berlusconi has faced allegations or charges of corruption, bribery, false accounting, illegally financing political parties and fraud, but has always found a way out by winning appeals or through statutes of limitations.

Loretta is joined by Professor Stille, Professor of International Journalism at Columbia University, to analyze the situation and its repercussions for Italy moving forward.
